Plant description
The specified kneading system consists of two HygienicDesign spiral mixers, a bowl with a transport device, an automatic dough return feeder including weighing, and a tilting device with a peeling function. Ingredients can be added to the bowl via dispensing spouts on the mixer lid. The dough return is added via corresponding hoppers with pneumatic lids. These hoppers can also be used for manual additions. The dough is emptied into the bowl trolleys via the electrically controlled bowl opening. The DIOSNA HygienicDesign spiral mixer is operated and controlled by a PLC with a touchscreen.
